欧洲选拔赛章程
第八届国际古筝比赛欧洲选拔赛由第八届国际古筝比赛组织委员会、香港中外文化艺术交流协会授权，德国中华文化艺术发展协会主办。
香港“国际古筝比赛”由香港特别行政区政府知识产权署商标注册处正式批淮注册，以专业、严谨、公平、公正著称，是国际知名的音乐赛事之一。
欧洲选拔赛是欧洲古筝艺术节的亮点之一，每两年举办一次，今年将第四次在全欧洲范围展开，是目前欧洲地区唯一的大型古筝专项比赛。
The 8th International Zheng Contest （European Selection） is conducted by the Organizing Committee of the 8th International Zheng Contest, the Hong Kong Sino-Western Cultural Exchange Association, and the I e.V., Association for the Support of Chinese Art and Culture in Germany.
This European Selection, which is the highlight of the Zheng Music Festival in Europe, is held every two years and is the only major guzheng competition in Europe.
第四届欧洲古筝艺术节暨第七届国际古筝比赛欧洲选拔赛报名截止于2021年5月31日，2023年6月17日线上举行欧洲选拔赛决赛，评选出各奖项，并推选优秀选手参加 “敦煌.五洲琴韵”第八届国际古筝比赛全球总决赛。
所有欧洲区获奖选手和优秀选手将有机会参加线上或在德国柏林举办的颁奖音乐会、讲座和音乐交流活动。详情请参考···
The 4th Zheng Music Festival in Europe and the 8th International Zheng Contest European Selection Competition began online registration on May 20th and ended on May 31st. The outstanding players will be commented on to participate in the “Dunhuang. Wuzhou Qin Yun” 8th International Zheng Contest finals in Hong Kong. All European winners and outstanding players will have the opportunity to participate in awards concerts, lectures, and exchange events online or in Berlin.
组别分类 GROUPS /CATEGORIES：
Group 1：少儿组 (8-11岁): 有指定曲目。
Group 2：少年A组(12-14 岁): 有指定曲目。
Group 3：少年B组 (15-17 岁): 有指定曲目。
Group 4：自选曲目组: 年龄不限，曲目不限。
Group 5：海外组: 年龄不限，曲目不限。
Group 6：重奏组: 限三重奏、四重奏，每个声部不得超过二人，曲目不限。

限三重奏、四重奏，每个声部不得超过二人， 曲目不限。
规则及要求 Requirements：
1. 根据不同组别的要求，初赛时选手须在指定曲目中选奏一首，可选不超过3分钟的一个段落弹奏，不影响比赛成绩。
According to the requirements of different groups, contestants must choose one piece from the repertoire during the preliminary round. They can choose to play a paragraph of no more than 3 minutes, which will not affect the competition result.
2. 欧洲选拔赛复赛及决赛须完整演奏全曲。全球总决赛时须遵从时间限制。
The Contestant should submit the complete piece performance in the European selections’ semi-final and final. The time limit must be complied with during the global final.
3. 所有参与者必须背谱演奏。
All participants are required to memorize the piece they are playing.
4. 录像不能超过1个月。
The recording cannot be older than one month.
5. 面部必须清晰可见，并且参与者的全景也应该可见。
The face has to be clearly visible, and the full view of the participant should be visible.
6. 建议参与者遵循适当的着装要求。
It is recommended that participants follow an appropriate dress code.
评审标准 JUDGING CRITERIA
音乐诠释。 节奏，技巧，音乐性，演奏方式。
Music interpretation. Tempo, technique, musicality, manner of performance.

最受欢迎的古筝表演奖 Most Popular Guzheng Performance Award
优秀教师奖 Teacher Award Diploma
并将按参赛选手比例从每组评出最优秀的选手选送参加全球总决赛。
The best contestants from each group will be selected and sent to participate in the global finals according to the contestants’ proportion.
全球总决赛设金、银、铜奖，各奖按参赛选手比例分配:
金奖:百分之二十 (奖牌、证书)
银奖:百分之三十 (奖牌、证书)
铜奖:百分之五十 (奖牌、证书)
全球总决赛各组的优胜选手将有机会获得 奖金和奖品 Cash / Voucher Prizes:
金奖第一名奖金 ：1,500 元，敦煌牌古筝一台、奖牌、证书。
金奖第二名奖金 ：1,000 元，奖牌、证书。
金奖第三名奖金 ：500 元，奖牌、证书。
The first prize of the Gold Award: 1,500 CNY, one Guzheng, medals, and certificates.
The second prize of the Gold Award: 1,000 CNY, medals, and certificates.
The third prize of the Gold Award: 500 CNY, medals, and certificates.
金奖选手指导教师，将获得最佳指导教师奖证书。
银奖、铜奖选手指导教师将获得优秀指导教师奖证书。
获奖证书有评审的亲笔签名。
There will be gold, silver, and bronze awards in the global finals, and each award will be distributed according to the proportion of contestants:
Gold Award: 20% (medals, certificates)
Silver Award: 30% (medals, certificates)
Bronze Award: 50% (medals, certificates)
The instructor of the gold award contestant will receive the best instructor award certificate.
The instructor of the silver medal and bronze medal contestants will receive the certificate of outstanding instructor award.
The judges autograph the award certificate.
